Thanks! I actually work on fraud in the law enforcement end, and I routinely find myself saying "why is THIS case so important to the insurance company?" It's like some SIU just locked on to it and missed a bunch of the flaws in the case, and wants someone prosecuted to the fullest extent on really small cases. So it has made me wonder what the "selection process" (for lack of a better term) is like.

What is your company's internal process for investigating suspected fraud, and reporting it to law enforcement?
