It is. If they offer that, they’ll let you know upfront. But if you ask, there’s a chance they completely turn you down. There are boards/forums for escorts and clients, and they may blacklist you (to other escorts) as well.

And for the record, when I said condom-less sex, I meant BBFS (bareback full service), not just oral. Oral without a condom is common.
