I am a physician. What's the best way, in your opinion, to convince a patient to contact a service like yours in a time of need?

Which mitochondrial disease do you have and how was it diagnosed? Did they do a muscle biopsy or skin culture? Do you have hearing loss, heart disease or brain damage?
