That's the British response.

Well, they're all different you know. Each crash is never the same. And every driver is different when they're experiencing a wreck. But a lot of the times, the one wreck I remember very clearly was at Sonoma, the race that we're actually going through this weekend, and I turned into a wall at 140 mph and I went straight through a tire barrier into a concrete barrier, and right at the moment I turned into it and knew I was going to wreck, I honestly thought in my head that this was going to hurt really bad. I just crashed into it and it seemed to happen really slow in my mind, and then afterwards, I was trying to collect myself. Each crash is different.

And not really - only if someone is riding in the left lane. That's the only time I get really frustrated on the road. But aside from that, they are completely different environments, and I don't feel tempted to race my car on the road. Racecars are built for that. But on the road, a car is made for creature comforts and ride comforts, it's not made to be racing down the street, so I don't really get that sensation super often.

I've been asked to autograph sandwiches. I don't even know! I've been asked to sign a beef tenderloin before. So those are the two weirdest ones.

1) Probably becoming a professional race car driver. Not many young kids nowadays that want to be professional drivers get to achieve that goal & that dream. And I was one of the fortunate ones that got the right breaks & timing. So if you're able to do that, it's an extremely proud accomplishment in its own right, to be able to drive a car for a living.

2) I love IndyCar. I think it's getting back to what it should be. It used to be the premier racing series in North America and really the world, so I want be a part of it for as long as I can be. But I'm young, Formula 1 is still very appealing to me. If the right opportunity came my way, I'd definitely look at it and see if it's something I want to pursue.

Well, thank you. My heart broke too. Your pain is my pain.

I think that's a bunch of malarkey. DRIVEN is one of the most inaccurate movies for motorsports, but it's also probably one of the most entertaining movies from a fictional standpoint because it is so inaccurate.
