I have been enjoying the show throughly.

One thing though. I have noticed quite a pattern of Young English lasses, coming and going as the good Doctor's, 'very human & earthly' assistants.

Has there ever been 'discussions' of changing this pattern, and seeing a new Human assistant, completely alien to Earth, from possibly another realm of space / time, in future episodes?

2) Don't you guys worry about being abducted by militant extremists?

I was just following the route from Afghanistan, to Syria, it seemed logical that Turkey, would be the next area of destabilization. There have been reports that the militants are now using Turkey for reinforcement/recruitment.

Was worried for my friends living in the South.
