How concerned should I be about my short term memory loss while high? And will that eventually spill over to when I'm not High?

What product and consumption methods would you suggest for Chronic pain? I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Rheumatoid Arthritis and I smoke for pain management. Would love any suggestions, cheers!

I have not tried either no, had plenty of edibles and oils but nothing as far as applying to effected areas. Something I'll definitely look into thanks!

I applied for PR in Feb of 2020 and am still yet to be accepted. Hired lawyers to make sure we did the process correct and everything but 3 years later, a work visa renewal later and yet we wait.

Haven't been back home in 3 years as we were advised to not leave the country before PR was accepted but my fiancee, myself and our 6 month old (Canadian citizen) child are flying to Australia to get married in April, will this really effect my chances of being approved and how much longer can I expect to wait?
