What a shame I live in Washington, I'd vote for you just for that reply.

I really hate "Right to Work." Where I'm from, we call it "Right to starve." But on the other hand now that I live in a state where unions are the norm, I feel extreme opposition to the need to sign onto a union.

Why is there nowhere that has an option? Either you CAN'T join a union, or you HAVE to join a union. Even as a factory worker, I objected to being forced to pay the union part of my pay in order for them to make decisions I disagree with on my behalf.

But when I was a retail worker, I kind of longed for an advocate (encouraged to skip our legally mandated breaks, encouraged to work off the clock, etc). Why is there no middle ground on this issue?

Sorry if this has been asked already, but why do you think it's so difficult for an independent candidate to successfully campaign for office?

Just look at Gary Johnson (and even Ron Paul way back when). People on the internet really love the guy, but realistically he's leagues away from the likes of Clinton and Trump as far as popularity. Why is that? How do you think we should go about making a third party a viable option in our elections?
