Non union here. 55-60 hours a week here too. O.T. after 50 hours. Not deceiving just didn't take into account a union branch. :)

The seat in the back sits right over the back axle. Crappy shocks means a VERY bumpy ride. Speed bumps and pit holes are not your friend in those trucks.

We used to be able to check out shot guns in the morning for route. That's been discontinued at our company (or branch). Idk if other branches/companies can anymore.
