Which culture's food would you say is the most underrated?

I was a Marine Corps SIGINT operator and I just got out a few months ago. I guess I did the same job you did, only a little more updated I would imagine.

Was just wondering what signal sets you targeted in Vietnam and what kinds of DF equipment you used back then. I would guess you primarily targeted VHF radios. How extensive was your RF training? How receptive were the grunts when you gave them lines of bearing and did they understand what you were doing/providing them with? I know today most grunts don't really get what we do and they kind of view it as magic.
