So how many times have you gone out to a customers house and fixed an Ashley sofa that has a busted wooden frame?

The reason I asked I work for a company that sells furniture and appliances. I can’t tell you how many times from shipping they bust the left facing wood frame ( when it comes in the package from Ashley.....take it out of to a customer’s house....damaged )the product is while very affordable....you get what you pay for. Best furniture out of Indiana (from memory) is not to bad. Flex steel is good. Just wanted to talk to another guy who has seen this kind of stuff.
