What is your professional opinion on polyphasic sleep? Is it harmful in any way in the long term?

I noticed that when you're doing Triumph, you do a great job at toeing the line between offensive and funny, seemingly never going too far. How do you consistently avoid crossing the line? Or have you ever said something as Triumph that you regretted after?
