I think the original commenters frustration stems from the fact he feels like she may have used the 'bait and switch' approach with anal, implying she was interested and down for it, only to give a concrete no after they had gotten married. She may have done this, or may have simply just changed her mind as people often do about things. Nothing he can really do about that in and of itself, as it's her right to not want to do it (as it is his right to decide it is a dealbreaker if he so chooses), but your suggestions of exploring other avenues and trying other new things is also a really good one.

Is there a large proportion of your clients getting surgery to sort out the gynecomastia due to taking anabolic steroids? I ask because it seems there are quite a large number of bodybuilders that aren't quite sure what to do in regards to their PCT, and often end up with pretty noticeable gyno by the end of it.
