How do you see the new IR residency working in terms of how prepared fresh attendings will be to perform procedures as compared to the current 1 year of fellowship? Also, since I'll be applying in the next years do you think competitiveness will be similar to DR? I'm hearing a lot of whispers that it may be very competitive with the number of available slots tightly controlled using Derm as a model.
