How much would you say does the Gooseberry Project echoes within the Open Source and Open Content communities already? Are you already getting tangible support from their part?

Not to hijack Ton's AMA but there is a new player in the Blender field: Microvellum. They are actively developping Fluid Designer which is now in beta stage. It is cabinetmaking/interior design oriented. It's invented interface is much less complex and its capabilities seem rather vast. http://www.microvellum.com/products/microvellum-fluid-designer/
