We are part of the Arizona State Marching Band and our director just messaged our group asking if anyone wanted to be a part of the show. first come, first serve. The beach balls and surfboards were part of a community college in Arizona, and the sharks were actually part of Katy Perry's dance crew

What were your thoughts while you were onstage?

"Please don't fall, please don't fall, please don't fall" the costumes were very top-heavy and took a while to get used to. surprisingly, no one ever fell during any of the rehearsals.

I'm sitting at home now. We were not allowed to stay for the game, but they did have TVs set up in the tents we used for Halftime props and equipment. All of us trees were already friends to begin with, so im sure we might have a reunion some time to look back at the good ol' days. Every rehearsal they served us food, usually pizza or sandwiches. and of course Pepsi products :P

well, while i wish i could have had a cool role like a shark, i probably would have messed it up somehow. i'm fortunate enough to have the opportunity to sway like a tree for Katy hahaha. but yea, the sharks know how to get it.
