I personally love math (over winter break I am condensing a year of math into about a week so I can skip a year ahead) and so I guess my two questions are:
1. What approach does your school take to teaching math? Is it more of a thing that only some students care about, so they are the only ones you teach to? Or do you teach to the lowest intelligence in the classroom?
2. What would you (as a school) do if someone clearly had a gift for math, and was losing interest in it due to the lack of rigor?
