That is a considerable sum, but that is for people who lost relatives. They should still get plenty for loss of all their possesions, but I don't think you're making a fair comparison.

A heads up on #2, abortions that late are almost never done voluntarily, many states they cannot be performed unless it's a medical necessity, and some states require a doctor from a different clinic to confirm the necessity.

It's not the white spots, the toxin is water soluble. So boil and drain, then fry and it's fine. As long as you boil it long enough.

Also if you continue to heat the juice, the neurotoxin degrades into a less toxic deleriant. Still not a good idea though.
