Would the two cases of voter fraud that have been raised against former MDP officer Chauvan in Minneapolis mean that if charged, he would face the three strikes penalty if found guilty of Murder and/or Manslaughter of George Floyd? Meaning a mandatory 25 to life sentence, if I recall?
