Meh. I hope this thread is still alive cause I wrote my question in the wrong thread. So here it is again:

Nice!

How did you make music and sounds? Do you have your own sound guy or did you hire someone to do everything at their own studio?

I'm watching youtube videos about gameplay right now and game looks fun. Having a firestation (base), firetruck (ship) and firefighters (soldiers) brings memories about U.F.O/XCOM at 90's. :D

Good luck.

MB's BBS was the first BBS I visited. When our family got first decent computer with modem and I read the magazine I wanted to go see what is this all about. I had 0 knowledge, literally. Finally I managed to get there with telnet and dial-up command taken of Warcraft 2. :D Later I noticed secret was /X1 (I think) switch cause our phoneline had busy sound for default.

There I experinced my first chat conversation and it was amazing. Everything was amazing! Mainly I used it for tracker music. It took years, but I downloaded songs over 400MB and was very happy listening it. It was free and better than pop music what radios played.

MBnet.fi was very good site in 2000-2006, but after that it wither away fast. Just like the magazine did.

I thought editor-in-chief got fired cause of "masinointi" incident. It probably looked good on paper that magazine should also test cameras, gps, tvs and hifi things. I was very dissapointed when there was only tests about those. No more interesting stories like "What cookies are?".

Newest DIY themed magazine was good, but I'm not going to order after one good magazine when it has been very boring over 6 years.
