Mr. Atallah, how are you?

I'm an aspiring sports journalist taking classes at UCF. I have a few questions for you. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to do this.

1. What type of involvement do you have with rookies? I know there's a lot to learn about the league and life for younger players, but what sort of stuff are they taught early on and what resources do they have to be successful?

2. How closely do you work with the Commissioner's office when they are handing down discipline?

3. What advice do you give to teams and players around this time of year, right before the free agency period, to get them from being involved in a possible situation like Sean Smith in Miami? (For those of you who don't know, on Twitter, Vontae Davis spilled the beans about Smith talking to the Kansas City Chiefs before the designated free agency period. At this point it's neither true nor untrue)

Do you think that digging for oil is worth some of the trouble like this - in terms of the profit vs. risk to the environment.

Also, how long does it take an effected area to get back to the way it was before the spill?
