Can bipolar disorder become schizoaffective disorder? If yes what are the possibilities?

I have checked her channel out, I really identify with lots of what she says, especially when I was a child, now I get more of these 'cognitive and negative symptoms' and this summer I had more positive symptoms tbh. The only thing is that the duration wasn't sufficient tbh. My therapist said there's a possibility for schizoaffective disorder tbh.

Thank you for your reply, it's been bothering me a lot since this summer my symptoms got worse and I started having psychotic symptoms in and out of my episodes. I'm trying to bring that up to my psychiatrist but I'm afraid she will not take me seriously
