Wolfgang Puck! First of all, I respect you so much for all your accomplishments throughout life. I can only hope to achieve a quarter of the success you have. Let me be strait forward and honest, I have saved around 100k and have always wanted to open up my own restraunt. Do I even have enough or is it too farfetched? If I do have enough what sort of cuisine have you found to be the best to serve to make a profit/up and coming cuisine trends. I know it shouldn't be for the money but for the passion of cooking but I'm scared I may invest in something I've saved my life for and it all going down the drain. I even hear food trucks are a good way to start. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks for everything you do Wolfgang.
