I do not understand how Toby Keith or Rascall Flatts would be a selling point for a restaurant.

This seems to be the grift; go to some middling celebrity, perhaps a bit past their prime, brightest days in the sun behind them, tell them you're an expert on (something) and that you want to use their name on some venture... and maybe invest a little money, too? I mean, if you don't have the faith to invest in your own namesake...

This is 'theoretically best case scenario' stuff that isn't always viable in criminal cases where the government goon squad shows up and you've never even had a speeding ticket before. You don't have the time- nor will you be in the frame of mind- to shop lawyers.

The best answer is to know a compatible and skilled criminal defense attorney you can call before something ever happens, but most people don't do that, which is why half the yellow pages these days is pretty much full page ads from lawyers.
