Yes, that is what I'm thinking, although multiple items over one (for example, Capcom would have Megaman and Protoman armour, along with a select few robot masters)

Are you thinking of making any promotions, specifically items? For example, you offer MS Paint Adventures promotion for their upcoming Homestuck video game and you get to include more items (and if you do do this, the clothing of the 20 main characters, with perhaps additions such as weapons and a crossover mission.)
