I have severe sleep apnea and aphantasia- do you have any suggestions on how to build up to having memorable dreams / any dreams? I only have any recollection of two or three dreams I’ve ever had and would be interested in having that be a more prevalent part of my sleep

I suffer from anxiety and depression. When I’m depressed I’m pretty numb, but when anxiety is the dominant force, I tend to be not so much ‘volatile’ but have a very easily influenced mental state. (Like, I’m not acting on the feelings that rise up, but the mood fluctuates very quickly on outside forces)

This is heavily impacting my work and income. Do you have any self help tips or resources to guide me to that can help me deal with my low productivity caused by the anxiety and mood swings?

(I’ve done counseling on and off for years, mostly to address immediate problems and not had the resources to deal with underlying causes)
