Can confirm.

Had a grand mal seizure back in April. Paramedics came while I was just waking up on my porch, dazed as fuck and not knowing how I got there. My friends had witnessed the entire event thankfully and called 911.

I got my pulse taken for sure and a few other things they did that I don't exactly recall. However, I do remember being pressured very hard by paramedics to go with them to the hospital. I refused because in my state it would have cost me approx $3000.

I called my parents and they got me to a hospital and everything is fine now.

Funny thing is, on my hospital bill (approx. $40,000 before insurance) which included the fees for a 4 nights hospital stay with MRI scan, EKG, EEG; the works, I was still stuck paying for $300 just for the paramedics to come out to me on the day of my seizure.

Healthcare is expensive in the US

I'm curious, I know bill always spoke about his psychedelic experiences and how they've made him see the world differently.

I was curious if you ever had a chance to trip with him and what it was like? Or if you didn't how do you think it changed the way he saw the world and did comedy?
