Does the same apply to people who binge watch Netflix(/other tv) for example instead of progressing their life goals? Are we treating people for Netflix addition?

They'd be a bit shafted if they couldn't recombine the two, we'd be back to radio shows and silent movies. :/

Why strike? Why not change job, go for a private sector role, go overseas, upskill and get a better role with less hours?

In any normal job if you don't like the conditions you leave and go somewhere else. What makes you so special?

Patents for vaccines/medication, should they exist?

Do you think the patents should perhaps have a smaller length, or would it be better to entirely deny the ability to patent medication? Should global pharmaceutical corporations be allowed to continue trading in the lives of humans to line their pockets?

On the flipside, if medical patents weren't available do you think we'd have the level of funding into research we currently do?

Double edged sword I guess.
