When you make a great landing, Is it ok to tell you "that was a great landing" while exiting the plane or does that sound cheesy?

How harder is it to control a 747 compared to a 787 or A320?

I read that at a high altitude, your internal organs are all bloated and that eating on a plane is bad for you. is this correct?
