The biological fact that they are not as physically strong and capable as men. The marines spent thousands of dollars on research into this. The results, men came out on top in everything including shooting accuracy.
I just think in a job where your ability to physically perform can mean life and death for you and your teammates we shouldn't be putting someone that performs at a lower standard in such a situation.
All sports from highschool to the Olympics are gender segregated due to the physical inequalities between the 2 genders.

Men have a hormone called testosterone that has a pivotal role in physical ability and muscle growth. Women lack this greatly and have estrogen. Women are more prone to stress fractures and injuries and have no sports records out doing men. There are big differences in muscle growth, structure and, strength.
