How would one go about using this for a table top game?

I'm curious. As a hockey and football fan, I hear a lot about head injuries but you never hear much coming from boxing and mixed martial arts. What are your thoughts on the dangers you face in the octagon concerning your brain health? Does the UFC do anything for people who suffer from severe brain trauma? Thanks for doing this!
