What were your life plans, what did you want to do?

Multiple times, I have seen a homeless person, been concerned, and called the police asking them to check on him. Clearly this is a poor default response. Who should I call instead?

Do they have access to email, or text messaging? Or would that distort the experiment, if you introduced a donor-to-recipient connection?

There was talk about funding soft-story strengthening by converting some of the garage space into rental housing, has any such policy (to allow this) been put in place that you know of?

If a person sends in a sample to a DNA service like 23andme, could the info from that sample also be used to put that person into the stem cell registry?
Assuming it can, do the DNA service cos. have a checkbox for people to opt in to the stem cell registry?
