When I was a kid the mouse would give you birthday spankings. I declined.

I mean, it was creepy back then. No idea why it ever was allowed to happen. The kids didn't like it. No idea why birthday spanking was a thing.

You know based off of their case record. They are better because they know the law better, know how craft their case better, they know exactly what they are going to say to the prosecutor when they bring something up. Know when to object and can back up the objection. They simply know the law better than other lawyers and can walk legal circles around them.
