My wife mentioned some countries and other areas have stopped or will stop giving the vaccines to those that are over 65 due to the fact that the vaccine has caused some people to have a cytokine storm. I'm having a hard time finding information on this. Has this happened, is it a potential risk?

How quickly can the mRNA vaccines be changed to combat new strains will undoubtedly see in the future? How quickly can they be approved or do they need to go through the same approval process?
