What is your all time personal favourite story about working with Medieval Times?

This is such a cool AMA!! I'm currently working towards a film degree and I think Foley is sooooo fascinating. Very basic question: how does one get a job in your part of the industry? Is it luck/meeting someone already employed who can be your mentor? Or is there some kind of apprenticeship program?
