Go ahead and find the percentage of succes rates for violently mentally ill people who been rehabilitated please.

So we return the 100 million, then who loses that money ? Education or some other program. Or we can raise taxes to cover the 100 million. There's only so much cash to go around your city and state. You have a better idea that won't cost a crap ton of money ?

It doesn't make economic sense to keep mental violent people alive does it ?
