I am a short distance runner (5k, 10k) mostly because my legs easily get cramps if I do any longer runs. I did one half marathon and on the 10th mile I was forced to stop and massage my legs. Those visible cramps.

Am I missing a step in my training process? Malnutrition perhaps?
