I'm curious what kind of communication has come down the pipe WRT behavioral change in response to the various incidents that have been publicized. Are people being retrained, threatened, congratulated?

When instruction does come down, are you given their thinking as to why they want you to act in a certain way (e.g. we want you to 'x' because that way we confuse the client, and we can sneak extra recurring costs on their bill).

What's the slimiest thing you've been required to do when dealing with customers?

Have you had any encounters that you'd be embarrassed to get on the internet? If so please describe them.
