That's my guess. Not necessarily movie stars or singers that we all know, could be a politician and his wife. But famous people could be the only potential ones getting bad press from getting a surrogate.
They make them in batch, I doubt they'll extend a whole batch because a customer asked. I'd suggest just looking at all the ones available and picking one that looks more well done.
