Dope painting. However, DMT and Ayahuasca are two different substances. Ayahuasca contains BOTH DMT and a MAIO inhibitor, making the trip last MUCH longer because the DMT isn't being immediately metabolized. Did you drink brewed Ayahuasca or smoke DMT?

He also has a podcast with Graham Hancock where he tells Joe all about his experiences with Ayahuasca. It's pretty great, considering Graham Hancock is an extremely intelligent and open minded person and he talks about it in great detail.

Not OP, but the bastardization of the psychedelic culture has always been happening. The most common users of any psychedelics are young, college educated males between there 20-30's, mostly because of their desire to expand their mind / spirituality. That being said, there will ALWAYS be people who want to take them because they want to get fucked up. These are the type of people who use and binge on substances to alter their consciousness. It's the later group that tarnishes the image of the first group.

How did you get access to pharms well you were still a yougn'n? Were your friends involved in drug use and you joined in, or was it swiping pills from the medicine cabinet?

At that point in your life, did you understand the destructive nature of the drugs you were taking, and chose to do them anyways, or was it a lack of information?

Thank you for the AMA. I'm an advocate for treating addiction like a disease and decriminalization because I've seen the destructive nature of drug addiction. Normal people get trapped in the cycle very easily. Congrats on staying clean and good luck with your future.

I know Narco or Suboxone can be used to resuscitate a person who is ODing, are they something that is easily obtainable for addicts? Theoretically, if hospitals or clinics gave away Narco to addicts, wouldn't we be able to drastically decrease the amount of OD's, as long as people use in groups? Did any addicts you know keep either of those on hand in case of an accidental OD?
