Has the severity of the abuses gone up as well?

Is the increase due to more first time offenders, or more re-offenders? Or people who have escalated from verbal to physical?

I'm in the repossession industry.... yeah, people finance BMW'S all the time.... and don't make their payments too.

Have you seen the news pieces on a lady and her dog named Bunny, and how she's using buttons that repeat the word back to teach her dog to communicate? She's said she used Augmentative and alternative communication.

Do you think there is any real communication going on between dog owner and her dog with her buttons? What other opinions do you have about the topic?
