The tech at my local store does a great job, and he's older, so I think he's a contractor. I'll just ask him next time I take something in for a setup.

Shame about the bass stuff. Makes sense from a business standpoint of course.

A couple questions is you have time -

1) Tell me about the techs you have in the store (doing guitar setups and what not). Are these guys actual GC employees or independent contractors?

2) Why can't you carry larger selection of bass guitar stuff. Every GC I've been in, it's like an afterthought.
