Whilst having an attitude is likely to piss people off its unlikely to warrant an investigation.

I agree with you but it depends entirely on the organization and if your superiors are trying to make a name for themselves as a hardass.

If the complaint was baseless, in most cases the complaint was thrown out before an investigation was launched.

So does that mean there are some baseless investigations included in your reporting?
