Intel has invested billions into Hillsboro, OR - most recently building a new production facility. $8billion total will be spent building plants in Oregon (2) and Arizona (2).

Besides the awful feeling of being cramped in a tiny cell with everyone before you get released, the most memorable thing I remember was being told, 'See you next time.' as I was leaving the building.

My dinner in tent city was a chicken dumpling looking thing with some potatoes and 'steamed' vegetables. Everything was a day away from being spoiled and the only thing I actually ate from my dinner in tent city was the bread.

I was there when they still had the TV tent - it was playing Judge Judy or Judge Brown and the screen was too faded to even be seen.
