My mum made an online order last week through the app. She didn't get a confirmation number or email. Also, I just logged on and there are no recent orders. It was her first online order. 1 out of 3 items was delivered and I believe she got texts saying the rest would be refunded. Someone in a normal car with their cute dog in the passenger seat delivered the 1 item today with a receipt. Have not recieved refund yet. We were just notified. Is this normal right now with the coronvirus issue? Are they working with instacart?
