How do I play Oldschool RuneScape on your site?

On a more serious note, I wanted to ask for your advice.

I am about to finish my bachelors degree in mechanical engineering and after finishing my last internship I realize that I don't want to do all these technical jobs. I want to go more into management, whether it be managing a small team, move up to be a department manager or even an executive one day.

What is some advice that you can give to help me achieve this?
