there really is no way to know. in my experience, the papers that don't succeed are usually because either a) the person has given me very little meaningful or contextualizing information or b) the request was completely unrealistic to begin with. I once wrote an entire master's thesis, start to finish, in < 12 hours, based entirely on one sentence. no idea how it turned out, and i got it done, but... never again.

at this point just about everything is squarely in my area of expertise.

Thank you! I appreciate the conversations we're having here and how open-minded most people are. For me, I genuinely think I was put in more morally questionable situations when I was teaching, especially as a PhD student at Big Sports School. Having to flunk some sobbing kid in my office who was the first to go to college and would be homeless, because they had no idea what APA formatting was? Awful. Having some kid tell me her father owned a factory and would give me free shit if I bumped her grade up to an A+? AWKWARD. Getting emails from coaches warning me to be "fairer" to his "boys" when I blatantly caught them cheating on the midterm? THE WORST. It's a situation that has raced so completely to the bottom that I figure, if I help just one kid get the credential that lets them get into the middle class, and pay my damn bills while I'm at it, then yeah...it's worth it. A lot of my clients are good people in difficult circumstances. Some might be lying to me. Some are jerks. I always wanted to be a writer, and now I am. I can give to charity, I can help my family, and I can pay off my debt. For me, it works for now. Haters gonna hate and I get where they're coming from, I truly do.

Use citation management software (Endnote, Mendeley, etc.). Read it out loud. Just start writing. Don't let yourself stop. Do not let yourself erase or delete words. Just kind of barf it all out on paper, then revise. If your uni has a writing center, make an appointment and have someone look it over. If your professor is willing, have them offer feedback on a draft!
