What three things do you believe the government should do to improve the lives of people on your reservation?

That's sad that your best hope from government is that they keep their word and not fuck things up further. Would you not like to see dedicated & specialised education, alcohol/drug addiction treatment and land reforms?

What percentage of people actually tip? I've never tipped in my life because it hadn't even occurred to me but I just read a comment from one of our American cousins and it got me thinking whether I should or not.
