I have an American Bulldog, and people often try to convince me that she is actually a pitbull. So that I can be more educated in my responses to them, I have several questions. What specific breeds are considered to be pitbulls? Which organization is the most authoritative to cite, when discussing dog breeds? What is the relationship, if any, between American bulldogs and pitbulls?
