I don't think that there is one single piece of evidence that I prefer as the best; however, it is a collection of all the circumstantial evidence that the ancient astronaut theory has collected over the past decades.

I mean he doesn't technically need health insurance due to the NHS. But someone of collins particular...err...vocation, should probably consider it.

I would agree in most cases, but if the patient has a rare condition, chances are that patient knows alot about their condition, more-so than a nurse not trained in handling illnesses of that rarity.
