I know you're making a joke, but this current thought process toward trade schools is why kids and young adults in America aren't going to them. If you go to Trade School, people will make fun of you or judge you for not going to college or assume you're just too stupid for college.

In Florida, a common tactic for homeless to scam people would be "Listen man, all I need is a pair of boots and I can start work after this weekend." Someone gets them boots, or does what you do and goes to the store and they select their own and then, after you leave, they pawn the boots for cash or something else.

I'm not saying don't do this, I'm just suggesting that, in your best interest, collect a bit of information regarding this supposed job. Unless you really just wanna give a guy boots, then by all means go for it.

I think what you're saying here is that of course you've tried to hack into your Tesla, but because of your popularity and media connections you have to allude to the idea that you more than likely didn't, but you're not saying no.

I got you.

Yeah, if you find the right pawn shop/thrift store.

I'm just saying, any employer who thinks an employee is worth investing in will say "Hell, I'll get you boots right now so you can start right away." rather than say something like "Just get new boots and you can start Monday." Fast food might be different, but even then they wouldn't say boots and they would probably front you the $15-20 it would take to get the most basic of non-slip shoes.

Seriously, that's a default setting on the most basic of forums. Why would reddit be the exception?
